How it works
- Choose a PDF. It is analysed on your device in a few moments.
- Pick Editable PowerPoint to change the content, or Best visual match to keep the PDF's look.
- For scanned pages in Editable mode, choose the language of the text.
- Convert and download your PowerPoint.
What should I know?
- Editable conversion may shift some text because PDF and PowerPoint use different layout models.
- Complex charts and drawings stay visible but may not be editable.
- Some difficult text may be preserved as an image instead of broken editable text.
- Dense financial or table layouts may look better in Best visual match mode.
- Mixed PDF page sizes are fitted to a common presentation size.
- Scanned PDFs use OCR, so recognition depends on scan quality.
- Form fields and signatures stay visible but aren't interactive; certificate signatures don't carry over.
- Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first. PDFs of up to 100 pages, with up to 10 scanned pages in Editable mode, can be converted at once.
Privacy
Your PDF stays on your device. Pages are read, rebuilt as slides and packed into the PowerPoint file inside your browser; the PDF, its text and its pictures are never sent to a server.
Supported formats
Input: PDF files with real text, scanned PDFs (printed English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil or English + Hindi) and mixed PDFs. Output: a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx), one slide per page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the PowerPoint after conversion?
Yes in Editable PowerPoint mode. Supported text, images, tables and simple shapes become normal PowerPoint objects.
Which mode should I use?
Use Editable PowerPoint when you need to change the content. Use Best visual match when keeping the PDF's appearance is more important.
Are charts editable?
Charts stay visible but aren't rebuilt with their original chart data.
Can scanned PDFs be converted?
Yes. OneDo Hub can recognize printed text in supported languages, although scan quality affects the result.
Does my PDF upload anywhere?
No. Conversion runs in your browser.
