How it works

- We search for the highest quality that fits under your target, and only reduce dimensions if quality alone isn't enough.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my result slightly under the target?
Image files can only be saved at certain sizes. We pick the highest quality that stays at or below your target, so the result is usually a little smaller.
Can I resize a PNG to a small KB size?
PNG is a lossless format and is hard to shrink. By default the result is saved as JPG for small targets. You can choose PNG or WebP under Advanced options.
Is there a limit?
Images up to 25 MB are supported. Very large photos may take a few seconds on older phones.
