Form Upload Checker

Check whether a photo, signature or PDF meets an online form's size, pixel and format rules before you upload it.

Requirements

Presets only fill in typical values — they aren't the official rules of any exam or agency. Enter what your form says. Every field is optional. 1 KB = 1000 bytes.

Read from the file's own information. DPI doesn't change sharpness.

How it works

  1. Choose the photo, signature or PDF you plan to upload.
  2. Enter the requirements from the form — only the ones you know, such as a maximum of 50 KB.
  3. See Ready to upload or Needs adjustment, with every rule marked ✓ or ✗.
  4. If an image fails, press Fix this image to open Form Ready Image with your requirements already filled in.

Check image KB, pixels and format before you submit

Online forms often reject a photo for one small reason — 52 KB instead of 50, 201 × 230 px instead of 200 × 230, or a PNG renamed to .jpg. This image requirement checker reads the actual file and compares it against each rule, so you know it's right before you press upload.

Privacy

The file is read entirely inside your browser — it is never uploaded. Analytics only record that a check happened and the detected format, never file names, contents or metadata values.

Supported formats

JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF, up to 100 MB. The real format is read from the file itself, so a JPG renamed to .png is reported as JPG.

Frequently asked questions

How is the file size counted?

1 KB = 1000 bytes and the exact byte count is shown. A file that passes here also passes portals that count 1 KB as 1024 bytes.

Why does it say DPI information not found?

Many images don't store a DPI value at all. We show what's in the file instead of guessing. Form Ready Image can add a DPI value to JPG and PNG files.

Is DPI the same as quality?

No. DPI only labels the intended print density. Changing 96 to 300 DPI without adding pixels doesn't make an image sharper.

Are the presets official exam rules?

No. Photo, Signature and Document presets only fill in typical values. Always use the exact numbers from your form.
