What the official source says
- Rule book 3.16: the colour photo, signature and the candidate's own handwriting are scanned together in the prescribed template, with the photo in the upper part and the signature in the lower part; white background.
- Rule book 3.16: the photo must not be older than three months from the application date and must clearly show the date it was taken and the applicant's name.
- The rule book publishes no pixel size or KB limit — enter the size shown on your MPOnline form.
- The official template also has two lines of handwriting. This tool makes the photo + signature image only; follow your form if it asks for the handwriting lines in the same image.

Official-source policy
Presets come from official notices and show their source, verified date and next review. Where a notice doesn't state a size, the tool says so and asks for the value on your form instead of inventing one. OneDo Hub is independent and not affiliated with any recruitment board.
Privacy
Your photo and signature are combined entirely in this browser. Neither image is uploaded or stored anywhere, and your name and photo date are never sent to analytics. The downloaded JPG carries no camera or location data.

Frequently asked questions
Does it change my signature?
No. Clean paper background only evens out grey or off-white paper. Strokes are never redrawn, smoothed, reshaped or generated, and you can always keep the original.
Which applications need a combined photo and signature?
MPESB recruitment applications on MPOnline ask for the photo in the upper part and the signature in the lower part. Their rule book doesn't publish a pixel size or KB limit, so you enter the size shown on your form.
Is this for UPPSC?
Only if your current UPPSC notice asks for one combined image. Check the notice — the tool isn't marketed for any portal without an official source.
Is the file guaranteed to be accepted?
No. It is prepared against the requirements shown. Final acceptance is determined by the application authority.
