How it works

Privacy
Your PDF is opened, edited and rebuilt entirely inside your browser. It is never uploaded. Analytics record only general events such as page-count ranges — never file names, text or fonts.

Frequently asked questions
Why can't I edit some existing text?
Many PDFs only contain the letters they already use, or store text in ways that can't be changed without breaking the layout. Rather than silently swapping fonts or garbling text, the editor explains why and suggests adding new text instead.
Does it work with Hindi and other Indian languages?
Yes for new text: Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi are shaped properly and stay copyable. Changing existing Indian-language text inside a PDF is not supported yet.
What happens to signatures, forms and bookmarks?
Forms, links and bookmarks are kept. A digital signature becomes invalid once the file changes, so you're warned before editing a signed PDF.
