How it works
- Choose a .pptx file. It's checked on your device and you'll see how many slides, charts and images it has.
- Select Convert to PDF. Each slide is rebuilt with real text, the original pictures and clean shapes and tables.
- Download the PDF, or open it straight in the PDF Editor.
What should I know?
- Some original PowerPoint fonts may be replaced with similar local fonts, so text wrapping can differ slightly.
- Charts are kept as pictures, so text inside charts isn't searchable.
- Shadows, glows and similar effects may not appear.
- Some older EMF/WMF graphics can't be displayed.
- Animations, transitions and video or audio playback don't carry into a static PDF.
- Pictures linked from the internet aren't downloaded, so they're left out.
- Links to web pages and e-mail stay clickable; links between slides become plain text.
- Old .ppt files and macro-enabled .pptm files aren't supported.

Privacy
Your presentation stays on your device. Slides are read and rebuilt as a PDF inside your browser; the presentation, its text, pictures, links and file name are never sent to a server, and pictures or media linked from the internet are never downloaded.
Supported formats
Input: PowerPoint presentations (.pptx) up to 50 MB and 100 slides. Output: a PDF with one page per visible slide, at the slide's own size, with searchable text and clickable web and e-mail links.
Frequently asked questions
Does my PowerPoint upload anywhere?
No. Conversion runs in your browser.
Is the text searchable in the PDF?
Yes. Normal slide text stays searchable and selectable. Text inside charts is preserved visually.
Are charts included?
Yes. Charts are preserved visually, but text inside them isn't searchable.
What happens to animations and videos?
PDF is static, so animations and media playback don't carry over. Stored poster images may remain visible.
Why can text wrap differently?
If the original font isn't available, OneDo Hub uses a compatible local font, which can slightly change line wrapping.
Are hidden slides or speaker notes included?
No. Hidden slides are skipped and speaker notes aren't added to the PDF.
