How it works
- Read your form's upload instructions and add each job you need, such as photo, signature or PDFs. You can also paste the instructions and confirm what we find.
- Type the size limits from the form, for example photo 20 to 50 KB at 200×230 px, and add the files for each job.
- Press Process all files. Every job runs one after another on your device.

Privacy
Your photos, signatures and documents are processed inside this browser tab and never uploaded. They are kept only in memory and disappear when you press Start over or close the page. Only general events are counted (for example how many jobs ran), never file names or contents.

Frequently asked questions
Is this made for a particular exam or government form?
No. It works for any form — you type the limits printed in that form's instructions. Always follow the official notice for your application.
How are KB limits checked?
Portals count a KB as either 1,000 or 1,024 bytes. We check the maximum with 1,000 and the minimum with 1,024, so a file marked Ready passes either way. If a range is too narrow for that, we tell you.
Who is this for?
Students filling admission, exam or scholarship forms, job applicants, and office teams preparing KYC or HR documents. Anyone who needs several files at specific sizes.
Can I compress several PDFs at once?
Yes. Add Compress PDFs and select all your PDFs — each one is compressed separately to your size limit.
What if a file can't reach the limit?
It is marked Needs adjustment in the summary. You can download only the ready files, or everything, and fix that file with the full tool.
Can I reuse the same setup?
