How it works

  1. Pick a verified application preset when one is available, or choose the files your application asks for — photo, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration or another document. Each one is optional.
  2. Enter each file's rules: maximum (or minimum–maximum) KB, width × height in pixels, format and DPI if required.
  3. Add an image to each item. It's cropped, resized and compressed for you, and the finished file is read back and checked against every rule.
  4. When every item says Ready, download the application pack as one ZIP, or download files one by one.

Photo, signature and document resizer for online applications

Online applications often ask for several separately prepared files: a photo, a signature, a left-thumb impression and a handwritten declaration, each with its own pixel size and KB range. Instead of using a different website for every file, this page prepares them side by side with the same engines as Form Ready Image and Signature Resizer, then checks each finished file with the same rules as Form Upload Checker. Signatures keep faint connected strokes, thumb impressions keep their ridge detail (no sharpening), and declarations only get a brighter background — the handwriting itself is never changed. Output names are generic, such as photo-onedohub.space.jpg, and never include your name or application number.

Privacy

Your image is processed entirely inside your browser using built-in canvas features. It is not uploaded to our server, and it is gone when you close or refresh the page.

Supported formats

JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC images in; JPG or PNG files out, plus one ZIP with every file.

Frequently asked questions

Why do application portals reject images?

Usually the file is a few KB too big or too small, the pixel size is wrong, or it's a HEIC or PNG when the portal wants JPG. Each item here shows a ✓ or ✗ for every rule, so you know before you upload.

Maximum size vs size range — what's the difference?

"Maximum 20 KB" means any file up to 20 KB passes. "10–20 KB" means the file must be at least 10 KB and at most 20 KB. Open More requirements to add a minimum. If an image can't reach a minimum even at best quality, you're told — the file is never padded with filler data.

Dimensions vs DPI?

Dimensions are the real pixel size (for example 140 × 60 px). DPI is only a label stored in the file that some portals read. Changing DPI doesn't make a blurry image sharper. DPI is written for JPG and PNG and read back from the finished file.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser. Files are kept only in this tab's memory while you work and are cleared when you press Start over, close or reload the page. Nothing is saved in your browser's storage, and file names or document names are never sent to analytics.

Can OneDo Hub guarantee acceptance?

No. OneDo Hub checks the requirements entered or loaded from a verified preset, but the destination application portal is the final authority.

Are the generic templates official exam rules?

No. Generic templates are only lists of files (for example Photo + Signature). The starting sizes are examples — always enter the exact rules from your application's instructions.

What is a verified application preset?

A preset loads the file rules for one specific application and cycle, taken from its official notice. Each preset shows its official source, a link to the instructions and the date it was last checked. Rules marked preferred don't block a file; instructions such as "use black ink" are listed for you to confirm, never shown as checked. Requirements can change, so always check the official notice before submitting.

My portal takes the photo with the camera. What do I do?

Open More requirements on the Photo item and tick that the portal takes the photo live. The item is then left out of the pack.
