Frequently asked questions

How many photos fit on one sheet?

The tool calculates it from the paper size, photo size, margins and cutting gaps — portrait and landscape — and shows the real number. It never shrinks photos to fit more.

Why is PDF recommended over JPG?

A PDF keeps exact physical dimensions and asks the printer not to scale. Some photo-printing apps resize JPG files.

My printed photos are the wrong size.

Print again at 100% or Actual size, with Fit to page turned off, and check that the ruler measures exactly 50 mm.

Does this make my photo meet passport rules?

No. It only arranges copies. Make or check the photo itself against the official rules first, for example with the Passport & Visa Photo Maker.
