How to rearrange pages in a PDF

Scanned pages often end up in the wrong order or sideways. You can fix that without scanning again by reorganising the pages in the PDF.

Free tool

Organize PDF

Works in your browser. No signup.

Rearrange PDF pages
  1. Step 1Choose PDF
  2. Step 2Select pages
  3. Step 3Move, rotate or delete
  4. Step 4Download

Step by step

  1. 1

    Choose your PDF

Open Organize PDF and choose a PDF, up to 100 MB. Page thumbnails appear in your browser.

  2. 2

    Move pages

Drag a thumbnail to a new position, or use its arrow buttons. Tap a page to select it; Shift-click selects a range.

  3. 3

    Rotate, duplicate or delete

Use Left or Right to rotate the selected pages (with nothing selected, every page turns). Duplicate and Delete work on the selected pages. Use Undo to reverse a change and Redo to reapply an undone change.

  4. 4

    Download

Click Download Organized PDF. To save only some pages as a new file, select them and click Extract Selected.

Combining several PDFs?

Use Merge PDF first to join the files, then Organize PDF to put every page in order.
